Requires machine work:

"........... but with the Teflon seal it is necessary to disassemble the heads and machine the top of the guide with a special .530 diameter cutter.............."

This coming from the Comp Cams website:

COMP Cams: Valve Seals: Metal Body Viton Seal, .530 Guide, 11/32=

Not a driveway job.

Seals come in a few different od sizes. Cutters can be bought from ebay, summit, etc. You can buy one and do it yourself but like said you have to take the head apart. I'd check a machine shop and see what they charge and go from there.

Take it to a machine shop. If you make an error, you are out a head. Note this is a heads-off, heads apart job to start with. Ask me about getting something not quite straight when working on heads.......
