Valve Guide Seal - Height ?
Want to install new valve guide seals on stock heads (371W) late 80s (E7TE if I remember correctly).
I notice Summit sells valve guide seals in 2 heights for 11/32 valves. The choices are 5.00 and 5.30. Which height would I need for my application?

Sorry. I meant to type .500 and .530 as my 2 choices. I thought this would be easy for someone to answer. Maybe not! Maybe both will work?
