Stiction Diagnostics?

So I beleive my cold running issue is stiction, I have been dealing with it for over a year but I use the high idle mod to warm it up in the mornings so it doesnt bother me to much right now.

Ficm voltage never fluctuates past 47.5-48.5.

I am running Rotella syn, and I have tried Rev X and didnt notice a huge difference with either.

I get a little black smoke at WOT.

This morning the ect was about 120 degrees and had very little power running down the road.

Where do I start diagnostics from here, I have SG II.

Do you have Fuel In the OIL

Are you Making OIL?????

Might have to watch the Oil Leval on the Dipstick like a HAWK for awhile

I had that problem it took 2-3 weeks for me to catch onto the problem but I was Making Oil

I had Leaky injector orings it would run like crap till it got to Normal temp then things smoothed out and would run fine rest of the day

Reringed all injectors and running like a new truck again

The One thing that does catch my Eye in your Post was ECT being 120* was that right at start or had the truck been running a few minutes??????

Just seems High to me IF that temp was taken after a cold soak

How many miles on these Injectors???????

The orings were replaced when we did the hg's about 2 months and 7k miles ago, before that it was leaking fuel into oil although at the time I didn't realize it.

The 120 deg ECT was after I let it warm up for a few mins

Ok I would like to know how you can tell if Stiction
is a problem or not. How do you test for it?

I am not having any problems just want to know.
Thanks
Sean
P.S. My backup FICM got here yesterday now to send off to Ed for the full deal.

Do I need to monitor each injector individually? What would I be looking for?
