Yes. AFE Stage II intake has been installed, and I'm running custom tunes from 5star tuning. Right now at 87 octane performance/tow. Noticible increase in torque, it used to pull like a train, now its like a train with dual engines I'm hoping to get it down to a muffler shop and have a custom exhaust made up for it soon. I've also ordered pocket style fender flares, as these tires stick out a lot and the slightest bit of water or dirt makes an incredible mess.

I`m thinking of an exhaust up grade on my 05 F150. Where did you order the fender flairs from and how much?
I bought a Magnaflow 3" single side cat back exhaust. Pretty decent sound for a 6cyl. Partnered with the intake it gives a pleasureable turbo noise.
I got my flares through the Ford dealer. They are same as the Bushwacker Pocket style flares, but "Stampede" brand. About 200$ cheaper and seemingly similar quality. I haven't had time to install them yet.
Nice! Ryan has some 4 inch on his 6.0 truck, and it sounds pretty good, I can only imagine 5 inch would sound just as good and keep the egt's down a wee bit more when pulling heavy.
Does a diesel have the same issues with exhaust velocity as a gas engine? If your pipe gets too big it actually hinders the engine from making peak performance because the exhaust "bounces" around in the big pipe rather than keeping tight and speeding out. A 5" pipe is 25% more air movement than the 4". Better think strongly about an intake system of sorts also.
You bring up an interesting debate sherm, one that seems endless!
There is the whole "backpressure needed arguement", then there is the "racers run open headers" arguement for full performance.
I dont think that the 5 inch would hinder performance either though. I dont know if Ive ever seen a vehicle run with no exhaust headers but Ive seen diesel equipment, and even a semi one time, and it didnt seem to hinder anything.
