my limp mode situation

so i replaced the mlps, and the tps the tps is 1.1 at idle but its 7.2 wot .... this is with a warm engine. i dont know how to adjust the wot without taking down the idle. so it seems to be driving better but i still dont think its going into 1st gear i did get code 23 and 14 and i have not yet replaced the tack sensor my rmp sits at 100 at idle.
