Dummy Plug.
Is this enough of a degraded o-ring to cause a hard start issue? When I had AE hooked up I was getting 275-310 PSI on the high pressure oil side. It would stay there for about 6 seconds of cranking and then start. The pressure then spikes to about 1200, and then down to I think 750 or so.

Just curious. Do you have a new dummy rail plug in your possession? If so, take a look at it and decide for yourself. I think it's a no-brainer. By the way, if you don't happen to have a new one in your possession, the part number from Ford is -W302908. And you might want to pick up a 12mm allen head on a socket on your way home as well, since that is the size you will need to install the new plug.
