2006, 6.0 started this morning, drove 20 miles. Parked with cab facing down hill,
Went out after 3 hours and truck turns over but does not start. Have ScanGauge II and no codes.
Definitely not getting enough ICP. Also, You need Sync to start. Sounds like you may have two issues ..... (HPO leak and whatever is keeping the Sync from happening).
When you check sync the starter must be Engauged with the Engine turning over
Im thinking you have a Wrong X-Gauge code going for these 2 or it wasnt checked during Crank
Thank you all for the Help, the ScanGauge II codes etc.c.Had truck taken towed to shop. I have M-F Job and working out of town all week, so bare me the you could have done it your self stuff. I know I know... but I want to go camping this weekend.
Anyhow,
It is the STC fitting. so I'm having them do everything down to a new oil cooler and BulletProof EGR cooler. I will update you all when I get it back.

Trucks is fixed. Runs great. Ended up with 3 new injectors also. Man this thing has power now. Does anyone know how long the STC fitting is supposed to last? Is it a redesign and I shouldn't see any problems, Or are there tell tale signs?. Next go around I will be doing the ARP studs. Should I replace it again at that time?
Brian
no need to replace the revised STC fitting , they are a one piece unit . It's not even a Slip To Connect Fitting anymore , so I don't know what you would call it!
