I have a 1999 superduty 7.3l manual transition it will crank but not start but it will roll start I have replaced the high preasure oil pump the cam position sensor and both batteries I am currently lost as to what is making it not start when running it after roll start it will run good but every now and then it will loose power and kick service engine soon then go right back out and pick back up anyone have any ideas ???

sounds like maybe not enough cranking RPM to start her up.

This is classic sign of failing CPS. You said you replaced it. Most of the aftermarket CPS's are worthless and fail. You might try one from Ford.
Also, if the CEL comes on, a code should be stored. Not sure what you're using to read for codes. Most auto parts code readers are not compatable, and won't show codes.
