to my knowledge there is no way around getting the keys programmed. You have to get them from the dealer I believe and it ain't cheap. I have heard at least 75 a key, maybe more.

A dealer or a locksmith that has the equipment.

One or the other is the only way I know of. Either way, it's gonna be expensive.

A lot of locksmiths now have key programming capability as does a lot of Ace Hardware stores for less than the dealer charges. But I think it's still going to be in the $50-$60 range. You'll need to check your local listings for that service.

I found my key in the grass in the back yard but was told that I would have to have it towed to a dealer and 2 keys would have to be made. I was having an oh sheet moment. I got it on the ring with the other keys now. Makes you wonder why the truck has it, with no cruse, power windows or locks.

Take the key off the ring woth the replacements, drive it to a dealer, and buy a new keey (programmed) for your truck. Take the two new keys somewhere and heve them cut, then you can program them yourself into the truck's system

All US F150s of your vintage got PATS. Cuts down on drive-away theft since they can't be hotwired.
