Pats key programmed at locksmith

I was reading on here how you needed 2 keys to program an 01 expedition and if you had 1 key you were at the mercy of the dealer. I went and got 2 keys and the programming done at the dealer which set me back $50 for 2 keys and $59.95 for the programming. Today I went and got a couple motorcycle keys made at the local locksmith and asked if they did the PATS key programming deal. They told me they just got the computer a month ago and they charge $25/key and $25 for programming! I was just passing this info along so that people would know there is an alternative to the dealer and a cheaper one at that

I live in AZ and it is A-1 locksmith or professionals and the address is 940 N alma school rd, Chandler on the southwest corner in case anyone is interested
