First off, welcome to FTE.

Spraying starting fluid/either into a 6.0L isn't a good idea. Assuming your glow plugs are working like they should...they could cause a flash fire in your intake and whom ever is spraying the fluid. Also, it can bend a connecting rod.

Have you checked "won't start" thread in the tech folder?

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...condition.html

Which gauge light is on by the way?

Check gage. Lite is typically on because there isn't
oil pressure yet (low pressure side) and prob
not the reason it wont start
you need to monitor icp and icr which are
The injector pressures and %the duty cycle
If you don't have
500+ icp it won't start.
