Radiator is 6-7 years old. I believe it is the "extreme duty" if there is such a thing.
This diagram shows where it is leaking. (red line)
Best option for fixing the problem?
Repair = approx. $150.00
Go to Pick n' Pull - $60; pressure test at radiator shop $20 = $80.
Rebuilt radiator = $??
New radiator - a few hundred bucks. (very last option)
Let a radiator shop boilout, test, & repair. You are not going to know what you have from a junkyard until it's testes so you could easily be out another $100. and $150 is cheap for a new radiator (which is essentially what you will have when the radiator shop is done).

Another option...if you decide to go new...google Champion Radiators...They have and build all aluminum radiators for our trucks...Cost is right around $200 bucks...They are excellent radiators so at least check em out...Just might save you time & money as well as possible heartaches with repairs...Plus the aluminum radiators weigh a lot less...
