Put the front clip on the truck tonight! Now I need a radiator! I had one from the bone yard that would work with the 390 that was in the truck when I got it, but of course the bottom hose is on the wrong side for the 223. Any suggestions for a cheap fix? I don't really want to drop $300-$400 on a new radiator. A good used one would be fine by me!

Moving the lower inlet to the passenger side is the best idea. If you have a radiator shop near you it's an easy job. If you need a new radiator with the lower inlet on the passenger side get a 75 Dodge D-200 pickup radiator for a 360 V8. It's a 3-row and you should be able to find one for under $250. It fits within the radiator suppport and bolts in with little fabrication...
I just bought a 1975 Dodge truck radiator from Advance Auto parts for $169.00 and took it to a local radiator shop. They swapped the inlet and outlet to fit my 351W motor for $50.00. I have not installed it yet but looks like all I will have to do is drill a couple of new mounting holes.

Ya, the radiator I had for the V8 was from a Dodge Van. Most likely the same. I reworked the mounting holes and it fit fine. I just took it to the radiator shop today. They want $35 to move the outlet to the other side. A bargain for sure since I paid $40 for the radiator from Pick-A-Part. It will be ready tomorrow
morning! I'll keep you posted!
