Well if you are going to do the entire thing make sure to do your seals and check the U joints depending on mileage. Also a good time to check/change the diff fluid.
One piece of advice is don't skimp on Ball joints... I'd suggest MOOG as a minimum or better....
id go ahead and replace the wheel bearings, spindle bearing and seals. check and make sure your universals are good. i had my passenger side blow apart on me probably due to binding up. drivers side was also seized up one way.
as mentioned before do not skimp on ball joints i have a set of the napa brands sitting in my tool box after i got them warranted when the uppers already had a lot of play after about 4 months
spindle bearing are internal of the spindle and the axle rides on them.
