Injector Question

I have a 94 7.3 IDI Factory Turbo. It was suggested I use BB code injectors which I purchased new, but have not installed yet. I just looked at the reciept and it says they are for an 88 to 92.5 7.3. I am assuming that the difference is the letter code and that these will fit my 94. Is that correct?

Here is the link for the ones I ordered:
6760301 New Diesel Fuel Injector for 1983 - 1987 Ford 6.9L & 1988 - 1992.5 Ford 7.3L IDI Diesel Enginescode letter [a,b,bb,c,d]++++++++++

I think thats a misprint, should be 94.5 as thats when they quit selling putting idi's in F series.

That is what I assumed. I never heard of any half year changes except for 94 going to the powerstroke. Mine is the pre-powerstroke.

Thankls for the input; now I feel better - I didn't goof up!

They will work just fine, They put out a "G" code injector for the factory turbo trucks, but the consensus is that they were to control emissions and the "BB's" are the better code for performance. If anyone else is looking. I would highly recommend going with Typefour's Delphis. He pop tests them and sends out matched sets for just a little more $.

92.5 was the chang-over for turbo models i believe, they changed out injectors then to be more eco-friendly. As far as i know there isnt a whole lot of difference besides pop pressure.

Besides that yes, BB will fit in "all" 6.9 and 7.3 IDI engines, and are the common injector most people use and suggest.
