Engine Surges
Hey Guys just got my first Bronco. It is a 94 with a 5.0 and E4od. I was driving it recently and notices sometimes while at speed between 30 and 45 the engine feels like it is jumping in and out of overdrive. Also some times it will rev up from 1500 rpms to 3000 when cruising and not go anywhere then it immediatly fixes it self. There is no slam from the trans just the rpms reving up. All fluids are new and are at good levels.
Also noticed it usually only does it during the first drive of the day. If I stop for a while then go out and drive again it does not do it. I don't drive it every day just about once a week.
Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

Pull codes, this should be your first step. once we have this info we can proceed. search as the process has been covered a bunch.
