well its involving the downshifting electronics most likely. Ther can be dirt or something is starting to fail or wear out. See if there are any transmission codes being thrown.

Exclamation 94 bronco??

Its has no codes, had it scanned nothing.

as rpms it happens from 30 mph and up so from 2000rpm and up cant realy tell at slower speed as the tire are bfg mud terrains

I was told it could be the double carrdon joint in the drive shaft

Well thats good theres no codes then you won't be replacing solenoids. Post what ya find then if its that double joint.

i would do a couple test runs, try it out of OD, if you can try it in a lower gear as well and see if it does the same thing. I would check the rear end and work forward from there. Does this happen with decel only or decel and brakes applied?

Exclamation

well finally got some time to look at the truck pull the rear cover and noticed the pinion gear had dug into the trac lox carrier rotated the wheel a little the whole track lox carrier is split, so now i have to wait till wed to try to find a rear end but hopefuly i can find one priced right so far all i have found is a couple from cherry auto parts for 500-700 not gonna pay that for a junk yard rear

Thats always fun stuff to get into, rear axles are eeeeeeeeeeeasy. Atleast it was your rear axle and NOT your transmission right?
