Well good news and bad news.. The electrical issue was fixed by simply replacing shift solenoid.. But my tech tell me i need a new Trans center support, pump and drum. And that's why the truck doesn't move when accelerating. He tells me he's having a hard time finding the parts. I offered to help find them but when looking online I can find much info about the part. He Emailed me some pics today but im not sure i know what im looking at. I sort of see a band that looks like it's broken but not sure. Any info about this issue by some vets will be highly appreciate it.
did the new trans or rebuild take care of your issue?? I am having the axact same issue with one of my f250s with the 5.4. same thing. same codes, same noise, identical problem!! parked it and then went to go drive it again and it was F#$%^D. any luck with getting yours fixed?? Any help would be awsome. Thanks, Jeremy

Trans parts center support ,pump, drum, shift solenoid, bands.. Im waiting on an email from my tech with full details for the complete job. Total cost was $2000 parts and labor. Runs like new. I also had a misfire which he fixed too. From his assessment it was the bands that went on it cousing everything else to domino. But Again, i will be posting the full report once i received the email tomorrow.
OK, let me know if that fixes the issue or not. after reading your post we put another trans in the truck with a brand new torque converter and it is still doing the exact same thing so I was just curious if the new trans fixed your truck because it did not fix mine. I was thinking maybe a ground somewhere but I dunno. I just need it back on the road. Let me know exactly what he did and I will be sure to tell my tech the same. Thanks for the help. Jeremy

Im waiting on a more detailed description of the fix but this is what he sent me this morning. You will see his phone number and address on this invoice so if you wanna call him, his name is mike. Mention my truck or me Jay so he can hook you up. If your not in this area I'm sure he can give you some valuable info over the phone.
the photo of the invoice didnt come through on the screen. maybe the wrong format or something. can you email it to me or fax it to me?? my fax is 248-242-6044 and my email is jeremy@oaklandmaintenance.com Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it.

I went ahead and emailed it to you. I also updated that invoice image if it may help someone. But Jeremy, Can you make a small video clip of what your truck is doing? If your truck is doing what mine was doing it could also be your having a bad misfire. Mine had an issue ones where it would have hardly no power. You can go back to my threads and see what I had to go thru with the coils and the spark plugs. When I got this truck i had issue after issue and knew to expect more. Im glad i found this site. I don't know what i would of done without it. The guys here are amazing and always ready to help. I'll give you a couple of pointers on how to get help without annoying a bunch of people with the same questions. I think the best way to show us the tech community about your issue is with a quick video with good sound and light. Got a lot of good responses that way. it also helps another buddy in need to find his issues as well. We are all just ants on a info run. lol.
