That looks just like the V10 one. Are they the same?

Just an example, you'll need to find the one that fits your engine.

Good to know. Thanks Ken.

I wouldn't bother with the IAC after listening to it in the video. That is something else. You have a serious misfire it sounds like to me. Sounds consistent even when you give it gas.

You need to go through all your plugs and coils...again. Sorry! You need to check and double check everything. Pay close attention to the sparkplug torque.

Check and recheck all your vacuum lines.

If it still runs crappy, you need to do a compression check. Actually maybe you can do that while you check each plug...

The engine is clearly not firing on all cylinders. That hissing you hear it a dead cylinder pushing air out.
It's really hot here in south Florida right now so I'm gonna wait till the sun sets a bit and go at it... Thanks for the advise. I'll shot an update this evening... Thanks.

Quick update

So after serious heat then serious downpores I finally got around to tripple checking my connections, my plugs, or anything else suspicions, I coulodnt help but notice the amount of water sitting down under the manifold.. That pool didnt cocern me as much as the little ones around the coils and the injectors. The last coils i replaced when it was sputtering before were really oily and wet, the oil I found the source for, it was the valve cover seals were bad so oil leaked in the plugs..

Here is a picture of the old plugs from the previous sputtering issue.. Could I have the same issue now only with water seeping down in there causing the missfire?

<a href="http://s83.photobucket.com/albums/j288/KOZMUZIC/Blue%20Resurrection/?action=view&amp;current=PIC_3615.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j288/KOZMUZIC/Blue%20Resurrection/PIC_3615.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

-That was then, On this pictures below you'll see also my oil spout looks like oil might be seeping out of that.. Not sure but im loosing oil somewhere..

Here you'll see water sitting but you'll also see some yellowing on the block which im not sure if it was from the previous manifold that was leaking or it's a new one.. There is 2 water issues here I think.. One leaking from the manifold which thinking about it now im not loosing water so we can cross that out... But the water sitting im still curious about..

This is where I am a bit concerned about and would like for you guys to clear this up for me before I take everything apart and try and start over... Is it normal to have water getting into these areas? If not then where is it coming from because upon further inspection of the rubbers I couldn't really see where it might be getting in to reach the coils.... I know it's rain water because it's been seriously storming a lot this summer here. (Sorry for the ones that need it).....

So what do you guys think? I'd like to get you all feedback because im thinking of taking the plugs out, the oils, and start over and see if the plugs are wet...Could water seep thru the threads of the spark plugs causing this issue? Or is it the injectors i should be worried about getting wet?

<a href="http://s83.photobucket.com/albums/j288/KOZMUZIC/Blue%20Resurrection/?action=view&amp;current=IMG_1407.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j288/KOZMUZIC/Blue%20Resurrection/IMG_1407.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

It could be considered "normal" for water to be there if, say, you just washed the engine. Otherwise, it is not normal...even with torrential downpours.

What does the water taste like? Are you sure it's not water/coolant?

If that were my truck I would start with eliminating all the standing water by vacuuming it or blowing it off with compressed air.

I would then start from the rear pull the coils and plugs. Please make sure you blow each hole out with compressed air. You have a compressor?

From here it looks like rain water. But the smell test should tell. The only place I can think it's coming from is down the center of the windshield - but your rubber gasket in the middle of the hood looks OK. Yes, water down the coil boots would cause a misfire. Agree with above, clean out the water, blow out the plug holes and see if it runs better. Then try to recreate the water leak (if indeed rain) with the garden hose.

Cool, glad to help; maybe the windshield has been replaced and they did a poor job with the rubber seal at the bottom middle. Sure looks like a big gap there.

I wasn't even poring alot of water... That was the hose on as low as i can put it to so I dont make a mess all over the place and cant see the new drip... but my 10 yo son and his buddy spotted it and I made them feel like they help solve the issue..lol...

So Im thinking vacuum out the ports, dry up the plugs and coils, plug everything back up. Plug battery and pray to the FTE Gods.. lol.. I don't think im gonna wait till tomorrow.. I might have to burn the midnight oil on this one...

Well, I managed to get a break in the clouds and started on this and have a really annoying port now full of something hard around the spark plug nut that's not letting me get it out.. I've tried vacuuming it out, loosen it with wd40, carb cleaner. I've got a wire and tried to break it loos and nothing... I don't have an air compressor so im stuck because of this little debris or what ever it is.. Looks like some sort of gunk compacted on one side... I cant really see down the port like this, I had to put my iPhone down inthere to get this shot so reaching it is a pain.. Any ideas on how else i can try and remove this??
