Driving a 2003 6.0 on a moose hunt trip last fall I had #8 injector fail I drove 50 miles to closest town bought an injector(shipped by bus) replaced it and continued on. How far would it be reasonable to drive one of these trucks with one failed injector. No smoke coming from exhaust, failed buzz test and contribution fault for one cylinder

I know of someone that drove with an injector "going" for 150 miles at interstate speeds (light smoke out the exhaust) and was able to make it home. Wasn't exactly in the middle of somewhere and no tools or parts to do the repair on the side of the road. But like Benny said, if you've got one that's cracked/leaking fuel into the cylinder you take a chance of burning the piston or having the tip break off. If the engine starts to knock or ping (like a gas engine on low octane)....shut it down, your fixing to do some expensive damage.
