Looks like you had alot of fun Gerry! Thanks for sharing pictures.
They sure are beautiful trucks. I like the CocaCola one the best, but they're all nice.
The kids are back in school!!! Yea!!! Should be quieter around here now. Although where my apt is, I don't hear the kids anyway. So it is a moot point, but it sounded good right? LOL
G'day to all in the FTE family Looks like everybody had a busy weekend ... as far as being successful ...well maybe not so much huh Donna !!!
I really wish some folks would at least TRY to keep their word. I guess they don't realize that sometimes all you have left is your word. You're correct in saying that a lot of business is conducted on a handshake and a personal word !!! It must be from toooooo many lawyers !!!
Gerry, nice pictures... looked like a good turnout and a nice day up there
I did not know there was such a thing as a Mercury truck ... news flash to me

Morning Gerry, Pat, Jim, Dave & the rest of the FTE crew.
I hope you have a wonderful 2 for Tuesday & I agree with Jim. Let's do everything 2 times & smile about it too. It'll make people wondering what your up too!
Jim & Donna GREAT point ... Kids are back in school so drive with care in the school zones !!!!
Yep, yesterday was their first day back & it went well for them, except for trying to get home! My kids didn't show up after school, I waited awhile figuring the bus may have broken down, but after 30 minutesof waiting, I got worried & finally called the school! Apparently alot of the kids taking the buses didn't know which bus to get onto, they got onto the wrong buses & it took about 45 minutes to get it all straightened out. So, my kids didn't get home until 4:40pm.
I sure hope today goes better.

LOL!....The good ol' days are gone! No more "A mans word & a handshake" & I've also had trouble paying bills, etc. because alot of places don't deal with cash anymore - ONLY credit/debitcards!
I refuse to use credit/debit cards. After my ex & I helped my mom pay off her 6 credit cards = $30,000 in credit card debit, I swore I'd NEVER have a credit card!!! Granted, I don't have a gambling habit like my mom did. She'd use 1 card to pay for the other & so on & only pay the interest + $20. So... I do cash or money orders for everything that way there's NO waiting for it to clear & no extra charges.(No bad credit either - just have NO credit LOL!)
Anyway as for lastnight, I didn't meet the guy in V.C. This guy actually kept his word!!! I guess there still are a few people left that truely keep their word.
I waited until after 5pm to see if he'd be available or not, & he finally texted me about 8:30pm & said he had traded the motorcycle for something else. I was bummed, but atleast he let me know.
I think I'm giving up on trying to find a motorcycle. We'll just keep the car & Jimmy can use it this winter.
I'm going to focus on trying to get Karl a 1988 or newer 250 -400cc dirtbike/enduro. Someone out there has the perfect bike & needs/wants a 2007 19 hp TroyBilt Super Bronco riding lawn mower w/ cruise control!
