I am going to have to come up with another excuse to go back to the ER. The doctor is hot. Young, pretty and friendly, what else could you want? She is the only person to shake my hand during the introductions, and she was not even wearing a glove. I like this place. Of course, she did wash her hand afterwards, but hey, it was a nice gesture on her part. Anyway, I am going to follow up on Wednesday regarding the CT scan. Just did not have the time to do it today.

The weekend is upon us, so let's get out there & enjoy it!

It's going to be a busy one for me -
Typical Friday...grocery shopping, pay bills, clean the house, & counciling for the kids.

Saturday...I'm working the front gate for the Gay Pride Celebration In Reno from 10am - 7pm & then grabbing dinner on the way home.

Sunday...We're going to Virginia City at 10am to meet the guy with the Ninja 600 to hopefully do the trade & then later I have to show my house to a potential renter/buyer. My daughter & her family are moving out & staying w/ her biological father since Nathan (my SIL) lost his job.

Rise & Shine! It's Sunday...may you have a blessed day!

The Gay Pride Celebration in Reno yesterday was a blast! It was humid as hell, which made it feel like it was hard to breath, but I worked through it. LOL! My friend & one of the event coordinators probably won't be there next year.

On that note...
Please keep my friend in your thoughts & prayers! His name is Kevin & he was diagnosed with Colon Cancer the first part of year & it recently spread to his lungs. He has a positive attitude (although he knows the outcome) & is doing what he can to get rid of it.
The Chemo is just kicking his butt - poor guy. The last time I saw him was in December & he was healthy as a horse. It's amazing how quickly Cancer can mess up someones life & health!

Good Monday morning everyone!

Time to wake up, grab a cup of coffee & get the kids ready for their first day back to school. WOOHOO!!!......FREEEOM!!!!!

Well, Sunday didn't go as planned. We took the car to V.C. to meet a guy & trade for his Ninja 600. He couldn't find a babysitter, so he never showed up. Ofcourse, he didn't text me this until we had been waiting for him for almost an hour! So we came home & agreed that we're tired of getting the run around. We've attempted to meet w/ 3 different people that claim they want to trade their Ninjas for the Neon & we've been stood up all 3 times! After today, if they truely want/need the car ...then they can come to me.

Wish me luck please! I "might" be meeting a different guy in V.C. this evening to trade the car. After I got home Sunday, I decided to forget about Ninjas & go for something different all together. So I went from trying to trade for a crotch rocket, to now I'm meeting a guy to trade for his Yamaha bobber/chopper 1100. LOL! Yes, I went in the total opposite direction huh? LOL! So, I guess we'll see if he can meet tonight. Atleast he told me ahead of time that he "might" be available to meet in V.C.
& he'd let me know today. Everyone else made a commitment to meet & never showed or called until after the fact to cancel or reschedule. Let's see if "this guy" is true to his word! I'm not holding my breath though. What ever happened to the good ol' days... A mans word & a handshake?! IF we trade tonight, I'll post pictures of the bike ASAP.

It doesn't matter though, I'm not holding the car for anyone anymore. First come - first serve! Whoever comes through first with either a running crotch rocket or a Harley look a like with a clear title, get's to drive the car away!!!

On that note... Time for me to get ready for the day.
