waste gate actuator

Few questions as I am very turbo dumb.

I am looking for a few part numbers and need to figure out what part numbers I need to know for a new wastegate actuator so I don't sound so dumb on the telephone while ordering.

First off I can only find A/R 70 M43 on the turbo, Is this the actual Garrett part number for a 94? T3,T4......I am so confused!! Can anybody tell me the part number off the top of their head?

I have been looking for a new wastegate actuator and have found a few in my feeble attempt in searching. Will any actuator work that is within the parameters of 6psi to max psi?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. And yes I am kinda desperate.

A/R 70 would be the housing M43 might be a model / part number. It is a T3 exhaust housing. Other than that im not much help, by no means a turbo genius myself.
