SYNC help
My SYNC voice commands witch I refer to as " Shiela" has quit working. No voice and it does not recongnize phone. just dispalys " no phone" any ideals ???

You say no voice, so when you press the SYNC button on the steering wheel what happens? Does it ask you for a command, or nothing at all?

Does nothing when I press "Voice" it is like the button does not work. Press Phone and no phone appears

If you check on your phone, does it show that the phone is connected to SYNC?

Sounds to me like your sync is dead. Your phone won't connect, sync won't talk to you, and the blank stare "no phone" response. I think Shiela is brain dead.
Time for a trip to your dealer.

Pop fuse 29 (pass side kick panel, bottom of the second row) out for a bit and give "Shiela" a reboot. I've had to do this a couple times in the past.

My SYNC quit relaying my vehicle health reports. I ended up doing a master boot of SYNC and then going to the web site and downloading an upgrade. She's all good for now.

How much of a bad encounter did you have with Sheila in real life that you carried that name to this truck's voice?

Pulled fuse # 29 and reset. Shiela is happy now thanks !!!!!
