For example, I have a Job 2, 2011. It was built early Dec 2010. Changes they made were as follows:

Did not the job 1 trucks have 390 hp and 765 pounds of torque and job 2 came out with 400 hp and 800 pounds of torque. Of course the job 1 trucks could have the software update to up the hp and torque. That is what I think anyway.
When the 6.7 debuted in the 2011 trucks, it was rated at 390 HP and 735 TQ. After GM announced the ratings on the newish Duramax, Ford came out with the 400/800 flash and the Job 2 trucks came with the 400/800.
Quanlity Job 1 was part of television ad campaign that started back in the 90's when all the car companies were implementing new quality programs. That is the only reference I had ever seen Ford make to the slogan; they have used it off and on every since. I did not know it meant anything more; espcically in relationship to model changes.
