Anyone getting a random airbag light coming on?

Could be lots of things Shane, and unfortunately the only way to find out is to plug a scanner into the truck to figure out which component the computer thinks is faulty. Your local Ford dealer happens to have one of these, and I would suggest taking it in. Are you still under your 3/36 warranty?

Just remember that whenever that light is turned on your airbag system is disengaged, but no other systems are affected.

Mine was doing something similar a few weeks ago and it took the Ford dealer a few days to figure out. They traced all the wires and it ended up being a burr on the driver seat motor that created a pinhole in the seatbelt wire insulation. It would intermittently short out when it made contact through the burr and cause the airbag light to turn on.
The only way they could get it to stay on by demand was to drive my truck around and hit some speed bumps. I told them that they should have just stuck someone that weighed 250+ in it and it would have done it right away. So it all boiled down to a combination of weight in the seat, the burr and the pinhole in the insulation. I'm guessing the the easy-in/out feature of the powered seats probably didn't help much either.
