If your having trouble with adhesive sticking, try taking some duct tape rip off a piece long enough to wrap it around your fingers adhesive side out and tap at the adhesive stuck to the truck. Seems to pull it off with no pressure, chemicals, heat or rubbing.
Just got get back from the body shop. hes gonna send me pics of the dent, he said it was pretty big, and looked like someone turned to close and clipped a pole or something. He welded brackets and pulled the dents out as far as he could then filled it. The line above the glass came out real good.

Thinking about just putting a ton of sealant or something around the top from the inside.
Don't do that!
Open the window and inspect the seal , the part that touches the window. If it is not torn the other end of it is probably the part that is leaking, the part that goes on the pinch seam of the truck. I would also guess that is where it is leaking from the dent. Pull the seal down off the pinch seam, inspect it, check that the pinch seam isn't messed up allowing the water in. Put glue/sealant in the groove of the seal that goes over the pinch seam and push it back on the metal seam. Leak should be gone and windows will still be functional.
Got bored and decided to de-chrome the bumpers and grill. I used some plasti dip i had laying around. this is only until I get my 2011-12 front and rear bumpers, and 05+ grill. The emblems are getting shaved too.
the headlights and yellow blinkers kill the look I hate them! Can't wait to get my Harley lights.
Will be getting black nerf style running boards as well during the whole transformation.
And about the window deal, I didn't feel like taking the glass out again, etc, and I never use the vent option, so I just unplugged them and siliconed them. The headliner should cover this once its back in. No more leaks though.
And lastly, working a little more on this. Soon enough itll start to come together and make more sense.
