Guys I have a 1997 F250 7.3 auto 4x4 and I took it in to get scanned. Showed that the throttle position sensor under the gas pedal is bad. I bought a sensor at advance and at napa and they were both wrong. Ford only wants to sell me a complete pedal assembly. Anyone no where I can find the right sensor?
Thanks
In the help thread sticky at the top, there is a parts list. Unfortunately it was easier to find before our moderator decided to move everything around and make it more confusing.

Thanks moderator. :P
I have to agree with you on that, it would be a way better make it in an alphabetic order, or something similar or left as it was. sorry moderator .. Im sure that it was with the idea to make it easier, but.........
I have heard nothing good about parts store sensors.
I hope it works for you, but they seem to only last a few months.
If you don't want to ever worry about it again, just get the Ford deal. Hate to say it...
I agree with you Jim the ones(3) I had only lasted six month each. But they kept swapping them out under warranty then I found a member that had a used one I put it in and never had a issue.
But if cash is tight 60 bucks is better than the 380 my dealer wants for the whole go pedal
