Hey guys, thanks for the comments!

To answer a few questions:

1: cost. steel=$375, use of bender $100, Cutoff wheels $50, Shakles+Brackets $100, Sore and stiff back by the time I was done, PRICELESS!
Total= About $650

2. no I dont have a template or good dimentions. The cardboard was trash by the time I was done.

I did not keep the stock fog lamps but made the bumper with holes for 4 new ones if I wish to buy some in the future.

it looks like the bumper is sitting too high, very close to the turn signal lenses. you will get contact if you off road the Ex, which you probably do, thus, the bad a$$ bumper you fabbed up

other than that, very nice piece..

What kind of steel did you use and also what did you use to bend the metal. The way your bumper turned out is just about how I want mine to look but on an expedition. Also what was the cost of all your supplies.
