Vented or Not?
Bought the truck a week ago and am still trying to figure everything out. I had posted these pics on my intro thread and did not get an answer so I figured I would start a new thread. Here are pics of my original [I assume because of paint] aft nozzle and cap. Is this a vented or NON vented cap? Thanks!

Thats what I thought until I found the thread below and it confused me as to what I am looking at. I am wanting to put 2 locking caps on it so I need to make sure. Thanks

Be aware that when I listed the descriptions, the OP confused
the two prongs of the fuel caps handle with the 2 protruding ears of his vented fuel cap (which are clearly visable along w/the vent in his pic - post 1).Your non vented cap has four staggered ears, two above, two below 180 degrees apart. You may have a problem finding a kit at parts stores that contains a pair of keyed alike 4 eared non vented fuel caps.
1973/76 Stylesides have exposed fuel caps. The caps are different 1977/79, because they are behind fuel doors.
1) D7UZ-9030-G (replaced D5TZ-9030-C) .. Locking Fuel Cap Kit ~ Consists of two chrome keyed alike non vented fuel caps (Motorcraft FC-802) / Obsolete
Applications: 1975/76 F100/350 Styleside / 1975/77 Econoline.

WESLEY OBSOLETE PARTS in Liberty KY has 3 = 606-787-5293.

Bill, thanks a bunch, you are the man! I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out. 
Any advantage to going with one part number over the other? And without calling them all do you have a preference on which company to deal with [attitude, shipping costs, etc]? Thanks again!

Try the dealer in NY first, they are STUCK with the kit as it can no longer be returned to FoMoCo for credit.
Green & Wesley make their living selling obsolete parts.
