You can buy them pre-cut. The only think I'm not sure about are the locking tabs at the bottom; they are different on 99-04 and 05-07 grilles

I bought mine local at a crash replacement parts place. Jerry Johnson Motors in Winston Salem. It was easy to cut, I used a jig saw.

I used zip ties, you can't see them and they work well. If you ever have to take the off just cut them.
