Replacement Grille
I'm missing the driver's side grille insert and have been shopping for replacements.
Has anyone purchased any of the grilles from RockAuto? The prices seem pretty cheap. It's only $61 including shipping.
My truck is black with tinted windows... The only chrome is the bumpers. I'm thinking about switching to this grille:

w/o Platinum package; bright/silver/black; Grille assy

It's listed under F250, but shouldn't this bolt up to the Excursion with out any problems?

Buy the modified 2005 grille. Will look much better. See link.....

It bolts right up. 4 top screws, 4 V shaped snap clips on the bottom. Mine was used from an F250. If you get this one, you will need the blue oval Ford emblem off of your old grill. See my photo on how it looks.

A friend of mine got the Rock Auto version for an F250 and it fit great. I'm considering it for mine since mine needs to be replaced and the price is great. I'd paint it to match my Ex but even adding in the paint it would still be a lot cheaper than the ebay versions.

I decided to go with the all chrome version since it's more like the newer Ford trucks. The order was placed today. I'll report back once it's delivered and installed.
