yep. not just the quantity, but the quality of the power produced.

and there is nothing more **** or obsessive than a stereo freak.
and THEY all say DC power is the best thing going. the stereo guys
oftentimes pull more power than a winch.... the ones doing sound off
competitions frequently pull over 1,000 amps... customer of mine
is a local alpine dealer, and does a lot of excessively obsessive installs.
100' of that pile of 4/0 locomotive cable in my garage has gone into his
installs...

on the other hand, we've never seen anyone bet their ficm on a quackstart,
so for the good of the forum, and my own perverse curiosity, have at it...

blade et al, I am tending to agree with you regarding DC what I need to find out is specific info about the bearings used by QS, alledgedly oversized while DC uses oem; both use what they call the older style large case.

Taking my time as I don't want to be doing this again in a year.

I do appreciate the replies.
