Now what should I be looking for as to improvement on what? Fuel pressure and or what else?
The blue spring is simply a fuel press. improvement device. It usually increases the press. by 7 to 10 lbs. which your injectors will thank you for. Anything below 45 psi at wot is hard on the injectors.
When I had the blue spring installed, my truck ran better, started faster, was quieter (or louder, depending on your preference) towed a heavier trailer, got better fuel economy, had shinier paint, smelled like a rose garden inside, tires got all their tread back, rust on the chassis turned back into shiny paint, my roll-back tonneau cover lock worked again, and - oh yes - my fuel pressure went from 42 to 65 psi at full power...
Other that that, it was just the same...
Seriously, all that will happen is your injectors won't burn up and fail due to insufficient fuel volume. It's good to have the fuel pressure tested to verify that everything else is good.
