P0279, P0281
Hey guys, need an opinion. Have had that overdrive stumble or miss for a while that I have heard many talk about. Started with the FICM and replaced the top half (power supply) side of the module. Got the above codes the other day for #7 injector. Heard the injector cut out, come back on for a few minutes and cut out again. The P0279 is a low voltage code, that's what has me hung up. I pulled the FICM again this morning and double checked everything including the connectors to ensure all were seated properly. Have read some threads where the same codes resulted in a bad FICM. That injector was replaced about 8K miles ago. Was going to try RevX next to see if the injector is just gummed up. Thoughts?
