Starting issues

I have an 06 F250 PS and am having starting issues lately. I installed a SGII, FICM voltage always above 48.0v, battery volts never drops below about 10.8v while cranking. Occassionally when I try to start it is as if it is not getting fuel. Replaced fuel filters. Yesterday when this happened after not cranking initially I waited a few minutes, turned the key, let the glow plugs warm and then while turning over for several seconds I tapped the accelerator and it fired immediately. Any suggestions?

How many miles? Will your SG2 read ICP pressure and IPR duty cycle?

10.8v seems low to me but I'm primarily a 7.3 guy who dabbles in 6.0 stuff.

At hot idle, ICP is about 580 and IPR around 22.5 which I believe is good. Oh, and right around 90K miles.

What is FICM voltage during cranking? If it drops below 46.5v, it might be bad....

Today it cold started just fine. Fired before ScanGauge II even registered ICP. After stopping to fill up the tank wouldn't start. ICP was only reading between 350-404psi during the crank, I know it needs to be around 560-580psi, so could the IPR give me intermittent issues like this? The IPR was replaced under warranty last August along with the oil rail plug. It appears that if it is the IPR again it will be covered by Ford unfortunately they cannot get me in before my scheduled trip next week. The service rep is trying to get clearance to at least give me a new IPR and I will have to install it myself. So, if it is not the IPR, does that leave the seals on the standpipes or dummy plugs? Would a seal issue give me intermittent problems?
