2002 injector problem

2002 injector problem
having a low voltage on injector one, changed injector still have it . changed the value cover and the plug in to it checked the harness and checks ok . can anybody tell pins and voltage to check out my idm

Here's the pinout for the IDM connector.

Check the resistance from the commons (pins 23 & 24) to the corresponding injectors. They should all read in the neighborhood of 3.0 - 3.5 ohms. This will verify the complete path between the IDM and each injector.
