Yeah, it is....hold on - I was looking for P/N....

3C3Z 9T517 AG / 1854267C94---"BLUE SPRING" Fuel Pressure Regulator (6E7Z 9C165 B / 1854267C94 No Housing Cover)*

I got the one WITH the housing cover... I always screw up something so I made sure. It wasn't THAT much more in cost. Just remember when you remove it to hold on to the cover...there's spring tension there.

I've found one at Riffraff. Do I need the one with or without a cover? 29 w/o, 59 with.

You don't need the cover.

As I said...you don't NEED the cover. As it was, I didn't need it.

Hi Steve!

Okay, I'll order that one. I'll check on that chafing on the #1 injector also. I'll let you know what I find!

It's seriously a 30 minute job, if you're lazy with it.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ue-spring.html

He show's a really in-depth job, removing the upper radiator hose and the regulator housing from the fuel lines. Leave the rad hose in, just pull it down and out of the way with a ratchet strap. Leave the cover on, just gently pull it back enough to get the only spring out, swap the gasket, and put the new spring in. Blue loc-tite on the screws, snug it up, done.

NP, just be sure to hit up Rusty with some reps for it. He took the time to take it all apart and then edit and post the pics to show what it all looks like, just so that I can go around saying "skip steps 3-7" He has an oil cooler thread/album that is worth it's weight in picture gold for the visual learners.
