Now that flywheel should be balanced for a stock 428 rotating assembly. Correct me if I'm wrong but with new rods and pistons other than stock will the balancing be correct? Like I said I had my stock 390 flywheel drill weighted to balance to all my aftermarket parts.

Shane you should order this book. Barry R is the man with FE's. Goes into detail on everything and on the rod section he explains what's good and what hp they can withstand..

I got the book today I have been reading, It tells me about the part, but sofar it doesn't tell me what combination of parts i can use to make a cj 410.. HAHA I have been thinking about the cj cyl heads.
