Blue fuel spring?

Where would you guys recommend me getting one and what are the benefits of getting one over stock? How quick of a fix is it?

Just put one in in my driveway 2 nights ago. I got it from Riff Raff Diesel. cost $35.78 delivered to my door. Only took 30 min.
