I would think that Ford would have to have a different part number for Canada because it would have to be labelled differently. Does PM22B have French labelling? (I don't know, I don't use it). But I would think that would be why it has a different part number. There would be no French on the US bottles.

If you buy a gallon it is the same part number for Can and US.

Darren I's correct. Pm22a for warm weather pm23a for very cold climates where you think your fuel will gel.

PM 22 contains a cetan boost. but not anti-gel
PM 23 contains an Anti-gel bu no Cetan improvement

It does have labelling en Francais. That's probably it.
