Another A/C Question

Ahh, summer time and the never ending A/C questions!! LOL

When I turn my A/C on the compressor cycles on and off. About 2-3 seconds on then 2-3 seconds off.
Any idea before I mortgage the house and kids to take it to a shop?

See the FAQs in the HVAC section of the forum. This isn't problem specific to the Super Duty.

So according to the FAQs its cycling because its low on freon.

I have another question that isn't in the FAQs but I'll post that in the right place.

Mine was doing the same thing I took it to ford to have A/C serviced and the only thing they had to do was add 1 pound of freon.
