Does anyone know, if my truck is supposed to have the door panel courtesy lights, or if this is an option on this truck? Mine is currently in for repair and the dealer is saying that the sockets are there, but no bulbs in either door. As an FYI, AFAIK, the doors have never before been apart on this truck.

Most 1999-2003 SD 's have empty bulb sockets under the red reflectors in front doors.
Pry off reflector on side closest to motor. Insert 194 bulbs, I think
Clears lens are now obsolete, unless any Ford parts guys can tell us otherwise. So you could have red courtesy lights, or modify your stock lens.
