Cam swap, Now knock. problem!!!
Well I swaped the cam in my 1994 f150 302, and i noticed a slight knock os i took the driverside valve cover off and a rocker was loose but the bolt was tight. i thought it was a bad lifter until I started turning it by hand and checked the others. when the lifter is down they are loose?

valve setting :HOT /intake .000 /Exhaust .000
Max Lift| intake 110* |exhaust 110*
lift| intake @ cam .311| @ valve.498 | rocker 1.60
exhaust @ cam .311 |@ valve .498 |
need more? I have the card lol
