Engine not running? Battery voltage is bad and I would not expect 50psi of back pressure.

Engine off. yea my cluster is bad keeps killing the battery I had just jumped it off p minutes before the picture. I’m thinking my ebs is bad? Truck runs fine and everything I just don’t have the knowledge yet on what theese gagues should read

So key on engine off I have
Baro 14.69
MAP 14.65
EBP 0.07

idle on start up
Baro 14.69
MAP 14.65
EBP 3.3-3.7 and after warming up it was around 4.8

WTF am I looking at with these numbers?
