Overheating

I'm getting a truck back on the road that hasn't ran for 2 years.
Everything appears to be working except that it just overheated on me. The fan is spinning, Waterpump has 30K miles on it, radiator was flow checked 6 months ago. I started it back up after it ran hot in order to check the fan operation. I noticed at idle it collapsed the top radiator hose. I shut it off and am letting it cool before I pop the cap. The overflow tank has about 1/3 in it when it was hot. One of the problems when the truck was down was oil from the cooler was leaking into the coolant. I can't check right now (hot), but on my other "test" drives oil never showed up in the coolant, so I think I got that problem addressed.

that or plugged up overflow tank hose or even old hoses.
it's good to replace both upper and lower hoses, along with a new rad cap every 60k miles or so anyway.cheap insurance parts to keep you on the road rather than in the ditch.
rad cap should be 13 lb fyi.
