Are you close to North Dallas? If so i have your solution....

ARP studs 419 ebay
oem gaskets Ford Dealer
bullet proof diesel EGR delete
sinister oil cooler 120
new oem oil cooler replaced 300
stand pipes
ficm repaired via ebay service 75.00

I've done the above via a master ford mechanic for cash at the dealership all above board.

I have a source for injectors .. warren diesel all 8 remaned with warranty for 600.00 155cc with stock nozzles.

Search durastroke turbo on powerstroke army under 900 for a much better than powermax turbo.

you can drive my truck and see what you think, Pm for my cell # i'm in garland off g-bush and 78.

Denny

Which means you want the round cooler in there. The only issue I see is you say you need the truck in two weeks because your moving. Not sure if you can get all of this done before you need to move. The Sinster delete kit RiffRaff offers/carries claims you don't have to remove the intake...which could save you some time. But I'd pull the intake to soak it in Purple Power to get the soot out of it since once you delete the EGR cooler...there won't be any exhaust going through the intake afterwards.

I thought you didn't have an EOT gauge :P

Get it up to coolant temp of at least 190*, then find a few flat miles on I35 and hold 60mph for at least a mile. Ect should be 188-196, EOT shouldn't be more than 15* higher. Flat and level is the key, so the temps level out instead of chasing each other.

If you come back with a 6* split, your oil cooler is cherry

It's a biodegradable degreaser/cleaner that's aluminum safe and available at WalMart. Simple Green will attack your aluminum intake.
