will f250 rear leafs bolt right up to f150 leaf mounts?

title pretty much says it all. I wanna know if I can get a set of 3/4 ton leaf springs to put on my 1/2 truck. I wanna be able to haul a little better with a load in the back. I know the frame, etc is still only 1/2 ton but i want better leafs.

will they bolt right in or is there different lengths between the 1/2 and 3/4 tons to where the mounts have to be moved?

AFIK they are bolt-on if you have a 4x4 with 3" leaf springs. The 4x2 will have 2.5" in springs. They should be the same length so you could knock the rivets off your 2.5" brackets and bolt on the 3" counterparts. I plan on doing the same thing and mine is 4x4 so it'll be an easy swap.

My f150 had a 4 leaf pack. I found a 5 leaf pack out of a bronco at the JY an swapped it in. (someone already took the axle to the leafs were just 2 bolts to remove) I looked at the f250 leafs which the only ones that were there at the time were 5leaf set just like the bronco had anyways

Thats whatn i put on over a yr ago was a 5 leaf pack from an older bronco, i would think F250 springs would be thicker to allow for more weight..

That seems like the case. I have both sitting in the yard at my shop & I'll measure them and see.

That is correct. The springs must be thicker on the F250 springs, or have a sharper arch.

I know the F250 HD springs provide 3" higher in the rear, on F150 compared to stock F150 springs. I am wanting a set of F250 HD springs.

My F150 4x4 springs are 3"/4-leaf/all .300 thick.

The F250 4x4 springs are 3"/5-leaf/.350 thick except the bottom leaf which is .400

Could you please tell me what the weight rating is on your springs? it's stamped on the springs on the bottom leaf in front of the axle. I went to order new hd f250 springs and there were actually 2 different hd spring sets, 2810 lbs and one rated at 2975lbs. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
