2005 conversion DONE!

Picked up my bumper pad from the body shop this morning. I think I fell in love with my truck again now. I still need to order the emblem, but other than that I'm done!

Unfortunately my water pump died after I ordered all the parts for the conversion so I'm short on cash. Oh well.

Hardly. I'm keeping water with me. I have a business to run. I average 150 miles a day right now.

Patience is key. It's cheaper that way. Got my OEM headlights for $60 and the lower bumper is also OEM and that was $75

Lol! Well I'm in Long Beach! It was a joke, kinda like I really like it and I would like to have it!

It does look really nice though! Did you buy parts new or used? If you go with an actual 2005 grill, do you have to get the bumper as well so it fits?
I've seen the '05's that ebay sells but I like the bottom bar thats full size not cut down

The headlights and bumper were found on craigslist.

AutoPartsWarehouse.com was my source for all new aftermarket parts (except brackets). Very impressed with quality. I got the parts the 2 days after ordering (1 day in transit), they were well packed, and shipping was free.

Yes. Once you have the old stuff off, the new brackets bolt right up, with the exception of the side support brackets for the bumper.
