Well while getting live tuned by Cale last week, i went for a test drive and was enjoying the new tunes. When i was taking him to the Hotel on Thursday Night, i got on it and he noticed a shutter. We thought maybe it was poppets floating because he was commanding 3400-3600psi. So we didnt think anything of it. So the next day i mentioned to him that my throttle was a little sluggish down low, so he made some tweaks and pedal was better. Went for a drive to the base and got half way there and my engine developed a nasty noise, so i thought. Found out it was an exhaust leak on passenger side uppipe at the Exhaust Manifold. Got it all tightened up. Cale decided to check my truck, did a Power Brake in the driveway and noticed my RPMs wouldnt go above 1200 rpm. He gets out and tells me, that i have a broken sprag in the Torque Converter. He texts his dad that we are needing a Torque Converter in Washington. His tells him to have me call the shop and talk to Tina and give them a shipping address and they would get one sent out. Hoping it arrives soemtime this week so i can get it swapped out this weekend. Just wanted to share the great customer service by Cale and his Dad at BTS. Couldnt have happened at a better time. We could have been messing with a sluggish pedal and hard shift for awhile tinking it was tuning.
